Today was our special once‑a‑month visit, and the moment we walked through the doors, the whole building seemed to brighten. Word travels fast when Holly and her furry friends are on their way — and sure enough, smiles were already waiting for us.
Holly led the pack with her calm, confident trot, her tail swaying like a fluffy white banner. Right behind her came Darbie, Piper, and Dixie, each one eager to spread a little joy of their own. The employees greeted them like old friends, calling out their names, crouching down for hugs, and laughing as the dogs leaned in for attention.
There’s something magical about these visits. The employees look forward to them all month long — a moment to pause, breathe, and let a soft nose or a warm paw remind them that kindness still comes in four‑legged form. Holly made her rounds with her usual grace, checking in on everyone as if she were the supervisor of smiles. Darbie brought her gentle sweetness, Piper added her playful spark, and Dixie charmed everyone with her happy energy.
For a little while, the workplace didn’t feel like a workplace at all. It felt like a gathering of friends — furry and human — sharing comfort, laughter, and a much‑needed break from the day.
And as we headed out, the employees waved and called after them, already counting down the days until next month’s visit. Holly glanced back with that knowing look of hers, as if to say, Don’t worry — we’ll be back to brighten things again.
A little Paw-Mail from Holly!
Hi friends! It’s me, Holly! Guess what? Today was our once‑a‑month workday visit, and oh boy, was it FUN!
I got to bring three of my furry buddies — Darbie, Piper, and Dixie. We walked in together like the happiest little parade you’ve ever seen. The employees saw us and their whole faces lit up like sunshine! They gave us hugs, pets, and lots of giggles. We love making people smile — it’s kind of our superpower.
We played, we snuggled, and we made sure everyone got a little bit of doggie love. By the end, I started feeling a teeny bit sleepy. Being adorable all day is hard work! So when I got home, I stretched out on the patio and soaked up the warm sunshine. Ahhh… perfect nap time.
Oh! And I left behind lots of doggie glitter today. That’s what I call my fur. I have a double coat, and when the weather changes, I shed… and shed… and shed. My humans even use a vacuum on me before we go places — yes, a real vacuum! Dont get too excited it is made for dogs! I don’t mind. It feels like a massage! But today was super humid, so I guess I was extra fluffy.
But that’s okay — a little glitter makes everything better.
I can’t wait to go back next month and make even more people smile!
