Holly went to the library today to meet the kids, and let me tell you… she didn’t just walk in. She made an entrance. Full celebrity strut. Tail swish. The kind of confidence usually reserved for A‑list movie stars and dogs who absolutely know they’re adorable.
The kids were READY. They had their Biscuit books stacked, opened, and basically pre‑autographed — because apparently Holly has a favorite author now, and yes, it’s Biscuit. At this point I’m half‑convinced Holly thinks she is Biscuit’s mentor. Or manager. Or possibly his agent.
She made her rounds like a seasoned professional: greeting tiny humans, supervising story time, and acting like she personally coached Biscuit on how to sit, stay, and handle fame. Honestly, I’m not sure if the kids came for reading time or for Holly’s meet‑and‑greet. Probably both. But let’s be real… mostly Holly.
A Little Paw-Mail from Holly!

Today was library day, so I headed out for story time like the hardworking, four‑legged professional I am. But before we even made it there, we got stopped by multiple cars and people wanting pictures of me. It was like a drive‑thru meet‑and‑greet. Windows rolled down, people waved, compliments flew through the air, and everyone told my human what a pretty dog I am.
Well… yes. Of course I’m pretty. I’m Holly.
Honestly, at this point I’m considering hiring security. Or at least a tiny velvet rope.

When we finally arrived at the library, I got to wear my new vest for the very first time. What do you think? Personally, I think it makes me look skinny. Maybe even athletic. Honestly, I might start modeling. I’m one vest away from being discovered.
If Vogue calls, tell them I’m busy doing story time.
My human handed out my new stickers, trading cards, and lanyards — and suddenly everyone was lining up for Holly swag like I was running a pop‑up merch booth on a world tour. Kids, parents, librarians… I’m pretty sure even one of the bookshelves wanted a lanyard. Honestly, if I had a cash register, I could’ve retired today.
We stayed late so a family who had been waiting just to see me finally got their moment. I had so many photo ops today. If there was one parent taking a picture, there were at least five more behind them snapping away like paparazzi. I was one camera flash away from needing a red carpet, a velvet rope, and a giant backdrop with my face all over it.
Honestly, I’m shocked no one asked me for an autograph or a paw print. I was fully prepared to stamp someone’s notebook like a celebrity at Comic‑Con.

When we got home, Nugget had a LOT of questions. And by “a lot,” I mean he was talking so fast his tail couldn’t keep up. He wanted to know what it’s like to see people in person, since he only smells them on me when I get home. I told him it’s fantastic — the kids are so special, and I’m so proud of how well they’re reading.
He said he wants to go someday, but he’s still working on not barking at ceiling fans… so, you know, baby steps.
It’s a very busy week for me. Wednesday: back to the airport to check on my adoring fans. Thursday: Boeing — you know, just casual aerospace business. Friday morning: Integris for Case Management, because I’m a professional. And then… Friday afternoon… I get to go see MY KIDS at the hospital!
Honestly, my calendar is fuller than a celebrity on a press tour. I should probably hire an assistant.
I better rest up. Good thing they took me to get my hair and nails done today so I’ll look extra pretty for all my fans! It is exhausting being in such high demand. Fame is hard… but someone’s gotta do it, and apparently that someone is me!
